Glucomannan has been shown to stimulate weight loss and lower blood cholesterol
Glucomannan supplementation has been shown to stimulate weight loss, reduce blood and liver cholesterol, decrease hyperglycemia associated with Type II Diabetes, and to increase fecal defecation frequency in subjects with constipation (Gallaher et al., 2000; Marzio et al., 1989; Vita et al., 1996; Vuksan et al., 1999). 2-4 g/d glucomannan, taken in 3 doses prior to meals, has been shown to be successful in achieving weight loss (Keithley and Swanson, 2005)

Bamboo Fibre provides low calorie fibre and potassium
Bamboo is a group of woody perennial evergreen plants in the grass family Poaceae. These plants are of high cultural significance in East Asia and South East Asia where they are used extensively in gardens, as well as a food source. It is also a low calorie source of potassium and fibre (Puri, 2003).

Arabinogalactan has been shown to increases beneficial bacteria
Arabinogalactan is a soluble [80-85%] and non-viscous dietary fiber (Grieshop et al., 2002). It is unique in that it can be completely solubilized, has good body properties without increasing viscosity, and stability at a large range of concentrations, pH and temperatures (D’Adamo, 1996). It has been shown to increase the production of beneficial bacteria [cancer-reducing], and act as an immuno-enhancer (Grieshop et al., 2002).

Apple Fibre provides low calorie fibre and is a good antioxidant
Apple fibre, also known as apple pomace, is the solid portion of the apple remaining after the juice has been pressed out [skin, pulp and seeds]. Its major dietary fibre component is cellulose [61.9%]. Its other fibre components are galacturnic acid, hemicellulose, pectin, and lignin. Polyphenols and tannins are also found in apple fibre, and the polyphenols exhibit good antioxidant properties in particular [polyphenols from apple fibre induce a 10-30 fold increase in superoxide scavenger activity compared to vitamins C or E] (Lu and Foo, 2000).

Carob Fibre has been shown to lower blood cholesterol
Carob fibre has been shown to decrease blood triglycerides and cholesterol and to increase energy expenditure and therefore may be useful in the treatment of hypercholesterolemia and weight loss (Gruendel et al., 2006; Perez-Olleros et al., 1999; Wursch, 1979; Zunft et al., 2003).

Inulin has been shown to lower blood cholesterol
Inulin consumption has also been shown to decrease blood glucose, insulin, triacylglycerol and cholesterol. Furthermore, inulin-containing plants such as leek, garlic and chicory have been used traditionally as ‘stimulators of good health’ for centuries (Niness, 1999).

Psyllium Fibre has been shown to relieve constipation
Psyllium is mainly given as a bulk-forming laxative to treat constipation, however, it has also been shown to improve blood glucose and cholesterol and decrease appetite (Gellisen et al., 1994; Marteau et al., 1994).

What Other Women Say

Wow, it really does work! I can't believe the change in my eating habits… and neither can my husband! I have 3 square meals a day, I feel full and satisfied, and I never seem to have the urge to snack between meals. I have tried so many fad diets and have never had long-term success. I feel so great and have tons of energy … I’ve even start to exercise (something I have steered clear of for the last 10 years)! Weight Management has changed my life – thank you for this incredible product! My only regret is that I didn’t discover it sooner!
